XG17C from Xiaogang Group Wins Trust of Russian Customers, Demonstrating Excellent Adaptability in Harsh Cold Environments
In the harsh cold region of Western Siberia, UralStroy, a well-known local construction company, recently successfully completed the delivery and acceptance of its first batch of Xiaogang XG17C mini excavators. This 1.7-ton equipment, designed specifically for extreme climates, demonstrated excellent cold-start performance and stability in temperatures as low as -25℃.
“We tested several similar models on the market, and only the XG17C could achieve one-button start without the need for external preheating devices,” said Ivan Petrov, the on-site equipment manager. “Its compact design is ideal for our indoor renovation projects during the winter, and the hydraulic system remains precise and reliable even in low temperatures.”
Xiaogang Group’s Russian service team, addressing the customer’s specific needs, equipped each machine with an anti-freeze enhancement kit, including low-temperature resistant hydraulic oil lines, an enhanced battery insulation system, and a breaker hammer interface suitable for frozen ground operations. During the two-week testing period, the equipment’s efficiency in excavating frozen ground foundations increased by nearly 40% compared to traditional methods, and its fuel consumption was also superior to similar products in the local market.
